Taco Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 6 large tortillas

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients, minus the tortillas, in a large bowl and mix together until everything is combined.
  • Using a spatula or a spoon, evenly spread on the cream cheese mixture to each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortillas as tight as possible, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Serve with ranch, salsa, guacamole, or any hot sauce of your choice!

Notes

  • If you have time before serving, put them in the fridge for an hour or so before cutting in 1-inch pinwheels. This will make the slices more precise! 
  • You don't have to eat this cold. I also love to bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes, until they are golden brown, and the cheese is bubbly!
