Taco Pinwheels

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 6 large tortillas
Add all your ingredients, minus the tortillas, in a large bowl and mix together until everything is combined.
Using a spatula or a spoon, evenly spread on the cream cheese mixture to each tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas as tight as possible, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
Serve with ranch, salsa, guacamole, or any hot sauce of your choice!
- If you have time before serving, put them in the fridge for an hour or so before cutting in 1-inch pinwheels. This will make the slices more precise!
- You don't have to eat this cold. I also love to bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes, until they are golden brown, and the cheese is bubbly!
