We all have definitely noticed this pearl trend, am I right? Literally everything I see has some sort of pearl embellishment, and I really L O V E it! I started noticing it in the Spring/Fall but it’s so popular right now that I had to share some of my favorite pearl finds with you! But first… I want to talk about how AMAZING Riley Rose is!! I walked into this store right before Christmas, during their grand opening, and I was blown away. It’s like a Sephora, but it has a younger and more fun vibe to it. There’s trending music, a pop of color in every corner and my absolute favorite thing ever… a section with Dylan’s Candy Bar! They also have the friendliest staff and managers who dealt with my craziness but also welcomed it into their store 🙂 You can find all sorts of products, from stationary to hair care and from face masks to fuzzy slippers. If you guys haven’t been there yet, PLEASE find the nearest location and go to it ASAP 🙂

This was my first time shopping online on this website so I wasn’t sure if I was going to be impressed with the clothes that I bought but I was really happy with what I got! This top is SO chic – everything about it is perfect. I tend to buy clothes while thinking about whether they will look good on my skin tone or not. I was torn between the black and the mauve color, but I’m really happy that I bought the mauve because it looks beautiful on tan/darker skin tones! The material is so nice, which I really did not expect. I also love that its off the shoulder because I’m all about that right now… literally all of my go-to outfits are off the shoulder! It’s also a nice length for a crop top… not too short but it’s short enough to show a little bit of your stomach. I’m considering getting it in black too 🙂

Outfit 2:

ASOS: Pearl Double Circle Waist & Hip Belt

This belt is so perfect. I literally got the package delivered to work and wore it immediately with a cute cardigan that I had on. And then 2 days later with a mint green fur vest. And then a couple of days later I wore it with this black off the shoulder dress! It’s so versatile and I love that it can be worn as high waisted or regular. The pearls look really nice and clean on the belt, which I’m really happy about because sometimes faux-pearls can end up looking really tacky and cheap.   Unfortunately there are a limited amount left in the black color but I think it looks really cool in red too!! You can style it an all white outfit and wear it for Valentine’s Day!

Outfit 3:

Nasty Gal: Mama’s Pearl Jeans

These jeans are my favorite at the moment. I like how they aren’t detailed with pearls all the way to the bottom because I’ve seen that on many jeans and I think it ends up being too much. Since I took these photos at the mall, I ended up being really cold after the shoot so I bought a random sweatshirt from Macy’s and wore it on top of these jeans. So what I’m trying to say is that you can definitely dress like you are going out to a bar with these jeans or make it a very casual look with a cute sweatshirt and some sneaks! They have a bit of a boyfriend feel to them because they are a little baggy around the crotch area (lol) but that’s only really noticeable when you are sitting in an awkward position like I am on that insanely tiny chair. I like that they are light wash because I keep getting dark jeans and I forget that light jeans are cute year round. The pearls are attached really well to the jeans, so I’m not the least bit concerned about them falling off in the laundry or anything. And obviously distressed jeans will NEVER go out of style! I really love these jeans, you guys. And since I never get a chance to post my photos as soon as I buy something, you will see a ton of things on sale! They are now 50% off. Woo-hoooo!
