Hey friends! Today I have a delicious drink recipe for you guys! To be truthful with you, I’ve never been a huge fan of lemonade. It’s just too sour for me and it leaves my mouth feeling very weird. However, I love tangy beverages! Today I’m sharing with you my Grapefruit Lemonade with Pink Peppercorn Salt!
I know it’s a mouthful to say, but it’s seriously so delicious. The addition to grapefruit adds a sweet citrus flavor, and if you can find a GOOD quality pink grapefruit, it can turn into a slightly pink color! This recipe is so easy, not to mention that it’s very cute when decorated!
I am using Shan Food’s Pink Himalayan Salt, which is the perfect balance for this drink!! You can honestly do many different types of mixes for the rim. However, I like the taste of the salt and fresh cracked black pepper. The grapefruit lemonade is nice and sweet with the addition of honey, so a little salty and peppery finish is exactly what this recipe needs 😊
Feel free to substitute the grapefruit with fresh squeezed orange juice, or even lime instead of lemon! The options are unlimited with this one. It’s perfect to be served during a lunch gathering, or even a tea party!!
