Cajun Garlic Bread

It’s time for the weekend, meaning we are ready to EAT! 🙂  I am the type of person who loads up on appetizers and “small bites” and ends up saving the main course for leftovers the next day… anyone else like that?! I can’t help it but apps are so good! Especially garlic bread. I am a huge sucker for any garlicky, buttery, seasoned goodness on a piece of fresh baked bakery bread!

Cajun Garlic Bread is so simple and you really only need a few ingredients. McCormick’s is a lifesaver because they have the most delicious Cajun seasoning which does all of the work for you 🙂 Now if they could peel & chop garlic for me, I’d be in heaven, LOL.

If you need ideas on when to serve this, I think it’s one of those “all year round” recipes. Garlic bread is comfort food for me, so I love a good batch in the winter. I eat garlic bread for breakfast… that’s actually how we grew up eating it in my household!! But for the summer, I like Cajun Garlic Bread because it has a vibrant flavor, especially with the habaneros and fresh parsley. You can get away with serving this during any occasion, even with football season coming up! You got yourself a quick and easy appetizer that also has cheese on it… Who can complain?

Thanks for following along friends! If you have any questions about my Cajun Garlic Bread (or anything else), feel free to email me or find me on Instagram! And always remember to tag me in any posts/stories so I can see your creations!
