Easy Egg White Wraps

Happy Friday folks! Today I want to share my Easy Egg White Wraps with you! It’s the perfect breakfast that you can prep the night before and quickly whip up in the morning, especially when you are in a rush for work!

These Easy Egg White Wraps literally need very few ingredients to taste good and be satisfying all in one. If you want to use the full egg, feel free! I personally love the combination of egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, and some sort of a spicy pepper (duh).

One of the reasons why I love this is because of the tortilla. If you have access to the Mission Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Wraps, PLEASE buy them! It enhances the flavor, and also adds a special little touch of color 🙂 

When it comes down to cheese, I am a HUGE fan of cheese in my eggs. However, I wanted to use a spreadable one because it’s less messy, and the Alouette Toasted Everything Cheese spread is BOMB. I like to use ingredients that already have a ton of flavor in them because it’s less work! Win-win situation right here, you guys 🙂

Easy Egg White Wraps
These Easy Egg White Wraps literally need very few ingredients to taste good and be satisfying all in one.

INGREDIENTS

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Take your eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites. Whisk and put to side.
  2. On a nonstick pan, warm up your butter on medium-low. Add in mushrooms and let them cook until softened. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add in your spinach and habanero peppers. Cook until spinach has wilted. Pour in your egg whites and scramble the eggs to your preference. Add salt and black pepper per taste.
  4. While eggs are cooking, warm up your tortilla on an open flame. Take a tbsp of the Alouette Toasted Everything Cheese Spread and spread it all over the tortilla.
  5. As soon as the eggs are done, spoon them right into the center of your tortilla and wrap it up into a burrito-like shape.
  6. Dip into salsa or eat it with some pico for flavor!
