Green Goddess Wraps
Megha Patel
For some insane reason, eating a wrap with the word “goddess” is much more appealing than a regular wrap. LOL! Green Goddess Wraps are so flavorful, packed with tons of nutrients, and surprisingly so pretty to look at! I love to make these wraps for lunch because they are quick and easy, which is essential for me during the weekdays!
My Favorite Wraps
For this recipe, I love to use green spinach tortillas from Mission. They are the perfect size to fit all of the lovely ingredients in, and they add to the whole “green” theme! The tortillas I use are flour, but you can always use corn tortillas or any other flavor you’d like. If you don’t want to use tortillas, you can always make this into a salad, or you can make it into a sandwich with 2 slices of bread 😉
Veggies for the Inside
In these wraps, my go-to veggies are spinach, alfalfa greens, avocado and cucumber. You can get creative and add anything else that you like! I like to stick to green veggies to make this a truly GREEN recipe. Some other options to add are broccolini, kale, green bell pepper, cooked asparagus, and green peas! The list is unlimited when it comes to what you can add. For cheese, I love to add Dill Havarti cheese, but once again, you can switch this out and use a different cheese if you prefer / can’t find this exact kind!
Serving Green Goddess Wraps
My favorite time to eat these wraps is for lunch. They are so refreshing in the afternoon, and I feel like it’s the best time to get all of my veggies in, in case I miss it during dinner 🙂 These wraps are so cute to serve as apps during parties, and you can always prep them the night before by cutting all the ingredients. Since they have the Green Goddess Dressing in them, you may not want to make them the night before because they will get soggy. But you can certainly have everything ready, and then assemble the day of!
