Orange, Beet & Carrot Juice

Happy Monday friends! I want to start this week off with something bright and refreshing… Orange, Beet & Carrot Juice! This juice has been a go-to in our household for YEARS, and we love to add a little bit of ginger to balance all of the sweetness from the fruits + veggies!
The key to a healthy juice is 1 serving of fruit, and the rest should be vegetables. Juices can be very healthy, but they also have a ton of sugar in them. Even though it’s natural sugar, you still want to make sure you do not overdo it. This juice is completely well balances, and a major immune booster. *By all means, please do not add any sugar on top. The beets and carrots will take care of that for you!*
In the recipe, I state that you should add the ginger first. Since the ginger is the smallest piece, you want to add it first so the rest of the fruits and veggies will make sure all of the juice from the ginger gets added in. Since this is a completely fresh juice, you should try to drink it as soon as you make it, because the nutrients will be the highest when fresh 🙂
