White Tea Sangria Punch

It’s been a HOT minute since I shared a drink recipe with you, so here’s a blog post that you can thank me for later 😉 My White Tea Sangria Punch takes less than 10 minutes to prepare, and you’ll be drinking it all summer long. This recipe is non-alcoholic, but I’ll share some yummy additions if you want to jazz it up a bit!

From Mocktail to Cocktail

This White Tea Sangria Punch can be made kid friendly, but can also be enjoyable for adults! If you want to add alcohol to this, I would recommend a bubbly wine / champagne, or a summery liquor, something like rum! You can add the liquor directly to your glass, and serve this sangria punch right on top and mix. It’s the perfect combo for everyone!

My Favorite Fruits to Use

Since this is a summery drink, I love to use in season fruits. Berries are ALWAYS so delicious with any sort of drink, and they add such a beautiful color. I think the highlight of this is the white peaches. Since this is a White Tea drink, I decided that white peaches were the way to go! Plus, peaches are in season right now and they taste SO good. You can always garnish or add some fresh mint for some color 🙂

Types of White Tea

I used Twinning’s White Tea bags for this recipe. I find tea bags a lot easier to use for big batches like this, because you can pop them in and out so easily! For best results, be sure to keep your tea bags steeped in the water for at least 1 hour. You want to get as much flavor out of them as possible! If you are a fan of tea, be sure to check out my Mint Tea Mojito, which is another crowd please that I love!

White Tea Sangria Punch
The title says it all... but it's the ultimate summer drink to cool you down!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 quarters water
  • 12 tea bags White Tea
  • 2 tbsp honey (or more per taste)
  • 1.5 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 small white peaches (pitted and sliced)

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the tea bags into your pitcher, and pour the water into it. Let the tea bags steep for at least 1 hour.
  2. In the meantime, cut up your fruit.
  3. Once tea is ready, discard the tea bags and mix the honey in. (For easier mixing, pour the tea + honey into a large blender and blend up).
  4. Add fruit and ice into the pitcher and serve!
