Best Ramen, Pho & Hot Pot in NJ
Megha Patel

I’m back again with another topic to add to my NJ Food Series! The Best NJ Ramen, Pho & Hot Pot had to be next on the list because the weather is getting COLD and I’m sure we’re all excited for noodle soups! If you’ve been following me for a while, I’m sure you know how much I love ramen. I can eat it all year round, so I’m sure you have seen me slurping it up on a hot day in June LOL.
If you’re from NJ, I hope this list helps you narrow down some ramen, pho or hot pot spots! I tried to cover different parts of NJ so there’s something close by to everyone. However, it can be a little difficult because I’ve noticed that majority of these restaurants are in areas that are more populated with Asians, which obviously makes sense! If you are from out of state and you are visiting, this guide with DEFINITELY help you out.
I’ve been to majority of these restaurants, but I asked my Instagram followers to help me out as well, in case they recommend any places that I haven’t been to! One thing that people always ask me is to explain my order to them. I am a vegetarian, but I don’t mind meat broth. So I always get whichever spicy ramen they have, and I ask them to omit any actual pieces of meat. And ALWAYS be sure to get a soft boiled egg, because that’s a game changer for sure!
