Best Main Dishes to Serve
Alright, so we already know that Mexican Garlic Butter Bread is a great side dish. I mean, feel free to eat it as a meal if you’d like, but I have some awesome recipe ideas for you to enjoy with it! I’m obviously thinking Italian right off the bat. However, you know I love my fusion food, so definitely check out my Creamy Enchilada Ravioli! On a lighter note, Zucchini Lasagna Roll Ups are SO good and you’ll feel a little less bloated after, ha!
Ingredients & Alternatives
You guys know by now that you can always customize my recipes… that’s what makes them so versatile and easy! For this recipe in particular, I opted for a semolina load because I thought this would be so fluffy for garlic bread, plus, I love that it has sesame seeds on it. You can always find a regular baguette, or simply use ciabatta rolls if you want make personal portions. Bread is bread!! Other than that, do not skip on the other ingredients. If anything, MORE is LESS!!
Freezing Your Mexican Garlic Butter Bread
I love this section because it reminds me of Texas Toast from the freezer section! You can totally make this bread ahead of time and freeze it if you’d like. Follow the instructions as you would, just don’t place it in the oven! I would recommend adding your butter, closing up the bread, and cutting it into however many strips you want. Then, add the bread to a freezer safe bag and eat at your convenience! Always cut the bread before putting it into the freezer so you can make smaller pieces if you don’t want the whole thing!
