I know that Paneer Tikka Garlic Naan Pizza is a mouthful to say, but just LOOK AT IT!! We love naan pizza in our family because it’s such an easy lunch or small dinner. Luckily frozen naan is always accessible in more than just Indian grocery stores, so we usually stock up for those lazy meals!

Frozen Naan Brand

Like I mentioned before, it’s pretty easy to get frozen naan from pretty much any store nowadays. I tried making it at home once and it was a complete fail LOL. We are regulars in buying Deep Indian Kitchen’s Garlic Naan because it tastes so fresh and flavorful even after coming out of the freezer. Deep has been a family loved brand for years now, and you can never go wrong with it!

Paneer Tikka Masala Kit

Clearly this recipe is for a lazy lunch or quick weeknight dinner, so the Deep Indian Kitchen Paneer Tikka Masala kit is the way to go. When paired with the garlic naan, it ends up being a complete meal. The frozen kit comes with rice, so you’re actually getting a little bit of everything. If you want to use homemade paneer tikka masala for this recipe, go for it! But the flavors of the frozen version are not compromised at all!

Pizza Toppings

This is my favorite subject for sure! I am a huge fan of LOADING pizza up with toppings. The more veggies I have on it, the more I love it. Since this pizza is already so crazy with the paneer tikka masala and the rice, I stuck to some basic toppings that I would use if I wasn’t turning this into a pizza. I love eating any sort of pepper and red onions with Indian food, so those were my toppings of choice 🙂

Paneer Tikka Garlic Naan Pizza
The best combination of Italian and Indian!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Deep Frozen Garlic Naan
  • 1 Deep Frozen Paneer Tikka Masala Kit
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 6 slices fresh mozzarella (or shredded)
  • 1 jalapeno (sliced)
  • 1/4 small red onion (sliced)
  • 1 lime

INTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the garlic naan per package instructions. Keep it in for an extra 4-5 minutes so the bottom gets a little crispy! While the naan is cooking, warm up the paneer tikka masala kit too.
  2. When both the naan and paneer tikka masala are ready, start assembling!
  3. Add spinach to each naan, followed by a few slices of fresh mozzarella. Then add some rice from the kit, drizzle with half of the paneer tikka masala, and top it off with red onions and jalapeno.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bottom of the naan is crunchy to your desired taste.
  5. Squeeze some fresh lime and garnish with crushed red pepper if you wish. Serve while hot!

NOTES

  • Sometimes if i’m too lazy to turn the oven on, I make this on the stove! Naan Pizza will still get nice and crispy on a pan.
  • Since the pizza will have lots of toppings on it, try to cook the naan for a little longer than package instructions.
